Exploring

We've unpacked the last box and getting familiar with our new home.

Christmas was a little weird.  No running around to parties and family functions.

Most of all NO SNOW!  It didn't feel like Christmas to Ryan and I, even putting up the 

decorations in the 60 degree weather with shorts and flip flops was kinda crazy.

My mom came the week before Christmas and

 Jill and Mark right after.  It made the holiday very warm to have our family around us.

I thought I would follow Jill and Mark out, the day after Christmas, on the drive back to 

Salt Lake.  The kids needed to see the Cousins and the Uncles, lets's not forget about Poppi.

That was a road trip to remember.  

The way out was not bad, I had two other adults to help with the baby.  

However, the trip home was a different story.  

I don't recommend  driving with three kids by yourself.  

The iPhone and headphones came in handy.  

We all had a great time hanging with the family.  

Cole was in heaven, he was snowboarding with his Uncle.  

I guess he is getting pretty good.  Now to get him surfing again.  We brought his

surfboard home so now its off to the beach.

Cole's doing great and as usual is the socialite of the school.  He already has a girlfriend.

He got a cell phone for Christmas and is already running up the minutes.  

If you haven't received a text from him I would be amazed.  

He likes to text while your in the same room as him.

Isabella is loving not having to wear a uniform to school.  

But, getting her to decide what to wear is a constant battle in the morning.

Even laying her clothes out at night doesn't help, she just changes her mind.

She's the fashionista!

Owen is a talker and loves getting into everything!  He is worse than the other two were.

I just decided that if it breakable or important put it up high.  

Luckily we have tile because he is constantly spilling things and putting the plant dirt on the floor.  Don't bother with cleaning the glass tables or doors either.

Ryan and I are doing good too.  He is busy at work and traveling.  This job is stressful.  

The company is like a family, though.  They are nothing like what we have worked with before.  They really care about Ryan, this is good.  He's happy!

I'm just puttering around and love taking pictures.  I have jobs but the people have to schedule when I'm back in town.  They are mostly in Utah from word of mouth.  I just did one while I was over there last week.  Cute Family! 

  

Remember to enjoy the family you have around you, we miss that!  

We do have each other and we are stronger!
